Medway Tackle silverfish league Frant – Round 1

First round of the Frant winter league today❄️

I’ve drawn peg 54 on stumps and wasn’t sure what to expect. I’ve started long with groundbait and pinkies and had nothing in the first hour🤔

I’ve then had a perch on my long line but nothing else for the next hour but no one else on my lake was catching.

With 2 hours to go I’ve put a small ball of groundbait down near the rushes and I’ve caught around 80 roach and gudgeon🐟

I’ve ended up with 4lb 7oz which won the section so a great start to the league😊
